White-tailed Hummingbird

Handcrafted knife inspired by the lightness and precision of the white-tailed hummingbird. The blade is made of forged iron with a thickness of 2 mm, allowing for a balance between strength and control while cutting.

 The handle is made of acacia wood, prized for its durability, stability and the richness of its natural grain, which gives character to each piece.

 This model comes in three blade sizes, designed for different types of cutting:


 
 Small hatchet: 4 cm blade height
 
 Medium-sized hatchet: 8 cm blade height
 
 Large hatchet: 12 cm blade height


 In all cases, the blade maintains a length of 10 cm, which favors precise and versatile handling in the kitchen.

 Each knife is handcrafted, so the forging marks and variations in the wood make each piece unique. It is a functional object that also retains the character of a handmade item.
