The "Hummingbird" Santoku Knife is a handcrafted piece designed for those who appreciate technique and detail. The blade was forged and tempered to balance hardness and flexibility; the edge has been finished and hand-sharpened to guarantee a clean cut in vegetables, fish, and meat. The handle, shaped like a hummingbird's wing, combines acacia and mahogany wood, assembled with brass pins and accents in cow horn (high in keratin). It includes a handmade leather sheath. The entire process—blade, handle, and sheath—is artisanal. This product is sterilized and ready for use in the kitchen.
